My nails are brittle. I've never had nails because mine are thin. As they grow, they become very thin and tear easily. That hurts. I've been using this product for about a week and a half. One of the things that struck me was that it didn't just help my nails grow. It strengthened her. I've never been able to tear off something as simple as a price tag with my fingernails because I had nothing to talk about. Now I can easily open packages and tear off price tags. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it's important for someone like me who's never been able to do this before. I use this product every night before bed. I put a little on each nail. I use a nail brush to rub it in all the way. It's a bit oily so I use one of my computer towels to wipe away any excess oil. I understand it says "wash hands after use". It's vitamin E. It won't hurt me. I do this every night before bed. It's only been a week and a half. My nails don't break or crack. I'm glad I took the risk and tried this product. I would definitely buy it again.
