Review on πŸ“· Sigma 100-300mm F4.5-6.7 DL Canon AF Lens by Monique Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

sigma stigma who knew

the endless search for a decent cheap 300mm lens is over. Once you've got a Canon 400mm L lens, it's hard to "mute" it, so to speak. All I want is a sharp image at 300mm and not that sharp, 8 out of 10 sharpness is fine. I now have a total of 4 Canon 70 300mm lenses, all used but in very good condition. they were soft at 300 a piece so they were sold shortly after they arrived. my camera is canon t3i. Here are the lightweight, compact pros. The focus is satisfactory and the images are clear enough for me. 8 out of 10 in good light, as I don't shoot many subjects at a distance I won't buy a top quality zoom lens. Cons, bad saturation but easy to fix in one post. Considering the price, that's all. I used this lens here on Amazon for 65.00. I hope it lasts, it's not the most powerful lens I have.

Pros
  • everyone used to like it
Cons
  • definitely a bad product
