I like how easy it was to use this program with their customer service helpdesk always willing to answer any questions we had! The customization feature made our process so much easier than if you did not have that option available. It does take some time getting used to all the features but once everything functions properly its very simple to manage your inventory needs as well as create new ones or edit existing one's in real-time. We are able to keep track of stock levels easily using this system which has helped us tremendously when sending out orders via email from multiple locations within an organization.
