I really like that we can work remotely from anywhere in the world! They offer many different types of services (including graphic & web development), so it's easy for us as freelancers to find what is needed at any given time. It was difficult to understand how much each service would cost before signing up because there isn't always an upfront price listed. There were some unexpected costs when working through our project manager which made me feel anxious about getting paid fairly. This didn’t happen often but once happened during one of my projects where they charged extra fees without informing me or giving proper notice until after payment had been processed. The biggest benefit has definitely come down to ease of use - you don’t need someone local if your team members aren’t physically located nearby.
