Let's hope 2nd time is better than 1st time. The 1st laptop crashed intermittently and randomly and the diagnostic test showed no errors. 🤷🏻‍♀️Then I wanted to register him for the guarantee and he said that my guarantee is already registered and expires in November! What?! They sold me a used laptop. It may be a refurbished laptop but definitely not *NEW* as listed! After the last failure I tried again to determine the cause, but nothing came of it. I contacted Revain support and asked for help. They send a replacement, hopefully a NEW laptop that is actually brand new. Revain was great, especially at the time of my disappointment. I hope this problem is solved
