Summary: The installation of the first two cartridges (C and M) went well. Back in business with nothing. My worker WF-3720 was destined for landfill. Probably like "Giveaway" on Craig's List. Why? As I almost paid the cost of the printer this is a replacement for a set of cartridges. And Epson cleverly performed "firmware updates" to prevent aftermarket cartridges from working. By the way, I stopped doing that. Why keep at all? Because the rest of its features, features (if there are no electronic fingers in my wallet) are all quite acceptable, if not ideal. In another attempt to not contribute to the world's e-waste, I decided to give these cartridges a try. Cartridges in magenta and blue asked for replacement. I followed the instructions in the little guide that came with it, although my installation was straightforward. Peel off the yellow tape, remove the old cartridges, insert new ones and wait for the printer to recognize them. Voila! All is well. The test pages look ok. Provides instructions on what to do if the printer refuses new cartridges. Mine didn't work. It just started working like brand new. The instructions recommended wearing gloves. I have many gloves here. But when I replaced the cartridges there were no ink stains. My only downside is that if I write a 5 star review, document it and submit it to uniwork, there was a $20 Revain card offer. I continue to resist such tactics from sellers here.
