I bought the device for a new building. I moved on April 27th. I unpacked the device on May 4th, it does not work. Hmmm. I called customer service and was surprised when a real person answered the call. Immediately enthusiastic about the company. It was helpful and within minutes of troubleshooting together we found that the tiny plastic pin at the top of the faceplate that activated the firing mechanism was missing. She told me that she was actually on sale and that customer service would send me the correct panel on Monday. They called with more questions but she was glad we understood the issue. We needed to ensure the purchase was made directly through the Alen's Revain store. It was! Excellent! Tuesday May 7th I received a standard email. I suggest fixing my system. I reply and inform them that I have already spoken to someone at Alen, we have figured out the problem, please send a replacement faceplate. Thursday, May 9 I answer again that I have not heard from anyone, please give me the status. Friday May 10th A reply stating that the panel should arrive within 3-5 business days. Saturday May 25th I emailed AGAIN asking about the status of my panel. I have a lot of settling dust and air particles, which is why I specifically bought this device. and nothing. Today, May 31st. NO ANSWER, NO GROUP. I am SO unimpressed with this company. My first impression was fantastic and it was ruined! I understand things breaking, I understand this being forgotten, but the lack of response on a $788 device?!? I can't believe
