This item arrived on time. Worked out of the box. There were no setup issues. The picture quality was very good for a 100 inch screen. Update: 05/03/2021. After using this projector for a week, I found that while the picture quality is excellent, it is unable to reproduce sound for 5.1 video + audio. Basically when I played something on Revain Prime or Netflix I got the video but no sound. Then I realized I could get the audio when I changed the audio to the original 2.1 in Netflix. However, Prime doesn't give me an option to change anything about the sound, making it unusable for me. Also, I was planning to connect it to a home theater audio system, but when I found that it couldn't work with 5.1 audio output, there was no point in keeping it. However, I was very happy with the quality of the video and the customer response was amazing. If you can live with 2.1 audio and don't need to play Revain Prime videos, you should still be happy with this projector. I just want the seller to call
