Review on OSdream Outdoor Exercise Routine Lightweight by Jeff Strutz

Probably the closest to being barefoot, like minimalist sneakers

I've been wearing minimalist shoes for a year and can't go back to high heels. Unfortunately, the most fashionable shoes usually have chunky soles and/or high heels. And most minimalist shoe companies have shoes that range from casual sneakers to something in between, "not very dressy, but not quite casual either." White sneakers are the perfect intermediate variant for me. First of all, what these shoes have in common with minimalist shoes is that they are very flexible. Both can be rolled into a ball or folded like a taco. Another thing is that both are quite low, these sneakers are not exactly the same. While minimalist shoes typically have no arch support and a raised heel, these shoes ONLY have a small amount of arch support and a tiny raised heel that isn't noticeable until you look closely. The arch support isn't really important as there isn't really much of it, but the slightly raised heel is very noticeable when you first put them on. That doesn't make it uncomfortable though, it's just weird to feel a slight bump on the heel after wearing a fairly flat shoe. Walking in these shoes gets uncomfortable after about 2.5 miles, but nothing extreme or anything like that. I've never felt pain in my feet when wearing these sneakers or minimalist shoes, so I don't have to worry about my feet hurting. In terms of quality, the outer fabric is quite thin, I would say thin on a T-shirt level. So I wouldn't expect them to withstand tears or water resistance. I don't feel the ground as well as a minimalist shoe due to the low cushioning, but you still get decent ground when walking. As I live in a rainy and muddy environment I will definitely try to keep them clean. Hope my review helps.
