It really works! for balms and moisturizers
Has a great cinnamon scent and feels great when applied! As soon as I put it on I drink water and it really seems to curb my cravings! I'll admit I need to use it more consistently, but remembering it really helps! I think I would be more consistent in use if it was a little smaller and could fit in my pocket or had a touch of color. Overall I think this is a great product and I will continue to use it.
