Good bottle but not for big hands.
Great bottle to keep you energized on those short runs. I use Gatorade powder and water for fast carbs (energy) during 3-5 mile runs or during sprint intervals. The strap is pretty tight. So if you have big hands you may need a larger version which I think is made.
