This works for a 2001 Camry. Copy the excerpts from the original working key onto the matching blank transponder.2. Enter the car and close all doors.3. Depress and release the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously.4. Within five seconds, insert a working programmed key into the ignition cylinder and turn it to the "on" position.5. Within 15 seconds of turning the ignition on, press and release the accelerator pedal 5 times to obtain the primary key. (Press and release four times for the service key.) 6. Within twenty seconds, press and release the brake pedal six times for the primary key. (On the service key, press and release only once.) 7. Turn off the ignition and remove the key immediately.8. Within ten seconds of removing the key, insert a new key and turn it to the "on" position.9. Press and release the accelerator pedal once within ten seconds. The security light flashes for 60 seconds and then turns off. When the security indicator stops flashing, programming should be complete.10. Start the car to ensure the programming was successful. FOR 2002+1. Make sure all doors and windows are closed. 2. Insert the master key into the ignition cylinder. 3.
