Luckily this fan arrived fully charged! We live in the Caribbean and due to the annual hurricanes and earthquakes, our power grid is severely damaged. We are in September which is hurricane peak month when it is hot and muggy and we have just had a power outage for the last 2 days! 2 days in a row my kids were unhappy! I opened all the windows during the day and we survived by sitting on the tiles and showering every few hours, but the nights are awful. The windows in my bedroom don't open (long story) and without air conditioning it's impossible to sleep there. I have a large battery powered fan, but I can't point it at my child. When I point it at her, my son and I can't breathe as I'm obviously not going to use full speed on the baby. That fan worked! It's incredibly well built and adequate for an adult, not just a child. I used it on the lowest settings and it worked all night with battery left in the morning. Guess what else? It can be charged with power bank! Height and angle adjustable. It has 4 speeds and is silent. Since it runs on external batteries and we have plenty of them, I splurged and used it all day in my kitchen. I didn't have to run it on the highest settings to feel relief. As mentioned, it's incredibly well built, sturdy, and functional. Good job on that fan!
