HIGHLY recommended for sports nutrition

On my second bath. I had stomach upset from other brands and I think it was the sweeteners they used. I also wanted to switch to hydrolyzed whey for faster absorption. In comparison, I've used the following brands multiple times: MP Combat, Optimum Nutrition Whey and their Isolate Whey, CytoSport, and Muscletech. Let me say this stuff is good for two reasons: 1) Miscibility (that's the word. I just did it!). This material mixes the easiest of all the powders I've used to date. My guess is that it has to do with the processing required to get the whey hydrolyzate. Either way, it's amazing. It's powdered sugar so be careful because it goes everywhere! 2) taste and its absence. The first bath was unscented, and I tell you, you mean unscented. I usually mix 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 iced coffee into my smoothie. I had to start adding some honey because it was a bit bitter NOT because of the protein but because of the lack of flavor or sweetener, AS ADVERTISEMENT. This is a big win because I enjoyed doing it myself. I take a second bath and have vanilla. Big plus, it doesn't upset my stomach. It's not too sweet either. Have you ever tried Vanilla Cytosport? It's like drinking sweet water with added sugar (it doesn't have sugar in it, but it's so sweet). This scented bath wins my book because it doesn't overwhelm the flavor or sweetness. I still mix as I always do, but no honey is needed. I'll probably stick with the vanilla here, but I might as well put 2 pounds of unflavored in the pantry for recipes I want to blend into unflavored. I mix it in protein shakes, oatmeal (after cooking, great), Kodiak Cakes pancake mix to boost the protein content, pretty much anything I can. It's an amazing thing in the protein world and I've been drinking this shake for about 5 years now. You may notice that I haven't talked about huge gains for two days after I started. That's because I'm not 12 years old and pretending to be a bodybuilder. If you're still looking for a magical supplement, I have one piece of advice: grow up and educate yourself. It does not exist. This is a phenomenal product to increase protein intake and digest quickly - the former is necessary for bulking, the latter is useful. Take 1-2 scoops before or after training and lifting weights. Do this for a few years and you will see what I mean.
