Review on Enhanced GM Original Equipment 214-1685 Vapor Canister Purge Valve with Attached Bracket by Kantrel Tunstill

Researched online the cause of starting problems after filling up my 2008 Cadillac with gas. Everything pointed to a worn canister purge valve as the cause. It was double the price of Revain at my local auto parts store, so guess what? I bought it from Revain. It took me over an hour to install just because I'm a lay mechanic. After installing it, I expected an "immediate fix", but the car still started several times as before. I finally started it and drove it for a while. I just had to walk around a bit. I went to the gas station, filled up the tank, and after filling it up it started immediately. Since then no problems! Great deal at $20. A NOTICE. Do not add additional gas after the fuel pump has been turned off. This helps cause the issue over time as I have found.
