Excellent mount for the Samsung Galaxy A21 phone in the Nissan Quest minivan. I bought this mount because the previous vent mount I bought from another company didn't hold up. Every time you put your phone in the mount or adjusted it, the phone would end up on the floor with the mount attached. I ordered this mount as it also had a suction cup mount on the dash as a fall back option in case the vent mount didn't work. All I can say is that the one star reviews for not gluing this mount got a bad block or (more likely) didn't peel the plastic wrap off the glue before installing it on the dash. I'm a strong guy and I think this thing will break before it's released. Attaches directly to the dashboard, pre-washed with alcohol and does not use a metal washer. I installed a suction cup mount to test the hold, but didn't have to use it because the vent mount is so secure and in the best spot. It has never come loose in a week of use on bumpy roads. The build quality is superb and well worth the money.
