I liked how easy it was to set up an account with capitas website/apps (i used my own computer for testing purposes).The system can be confusing at times but once your familiarize yourself wtih all aspects its easier than any other payroll or HR service provider out there! The customer support team seems very unorganized which makes using them difficult when problems arise - they usually will not answer calls nor reply in writing within 24-48 hours after initial inquiry has been made from their tech help desk!! They also seem unwilling tp listen or work collaboratively towards solving issues unless forced by legal action such as labor law complaints etc..
There are many free services available online like Paychex where one could get assistance setting everything u need however if needed we use paypal einvoicing so no problemo here :) We have.
