Difficult! Bulky! Not able to! Dangerous! return costs!

Heavy! Bulky! Not able to! Dangerous! I have no doubt that when you are on perfectly smooth and flat surfaces it is capable. Still heavy, bulky and dangerous! To think that I might be charged for RETURN ($22) now! REWARD (20% = $140) and Burnt Drill ($100). This FAILURE can cost anywhere from $100 to $262! Unacceptable! Attention buyers! My driveway slopes very slightly towards the garage and has a 1 inch overhang from the asphalt pavement to the garage floor. My 18ft G3 Bass Boat & Bear aluminum trailer with a 75hp Yamaha 4-stroke engine. weighs about 3,000 pounds. I use it to move it in and out and adjust its position MANUALLY, BY MYSELF! Difficult but doable! Now at the age of 63, after many years of feeling that my back was giving out and having a herniated disc, I decided to buy this device so I can do this job from now on. Trailer Valet wanted to make this effortless. NO! First, I hurt my back again lifting the unit off the porch during delivery! That is hard! A few days later I tried to use it. It is heavy and cumbersome to set up, prepare, put in place and attach to a trailer. A handlebar used to apply the brake will not lock securely in the hands-free position, making it difficult to lock. It is difficult to be tilted enough to operate the device and to walk backwards. He almost flew off me, causing him to roll over on top of me. Luckily, inaccurate turning on and off of the brake handle quickly led to the brakes. Returning my rig to a stall in the garage eventually caused it to fail. Hand cranking is very slow. It wasn't fun to cover any distance by bending and twisting to that height. So I quickly decided on an electric drill. As it was moving and accelerating, the steering/brake handle tried to brake and collided with the drill bit, the machine stopped and the torque of the drill bit violently yanked the drill bit out of my hand as I was spinning! So I had to struggle to keep the handle in the raised position, effectively raising the entire drill rig to keep the handle up and to control and operate the drill. There were several freezes trying to stop the device from slowing down when I tried to move my boat! Finally, when my trailer's tires hit the edge of the garage floor... It was over! "Trailer valet wheels just spun in my driveway. Not enough traction or power to get over that lip. I tried putting a thin piece of plywood under the valet tires and over the edge of the garage floor to get more." Get grip and go over that ledge NO! Then I saw SMOKE coming out of my drill motor! I was sweating profusely, my back was up, GAME OVER!
