The customer service is outstanding! As soon as you call, they are there to help with anything insurance related or not - which we appreciate very much!! They have been excellent in helping us navigate our options throughout this process of getting insured again through COBRA renewal after taking time off for maternity leave (2 mos). I am confident that once my baby comes home from NICU/CHOP that it will be smooth sailing going forward. There isn't too many things about them at all so far when considering their products & services but one thing would definitely like was more transparency into what exactly goes towards premium costs vs actual cost per plan member benefits paid out by kennison health plans? We were underinsured prior leaving full-time work due to pregnancy complications leading up to delivery requiring lengthy hospitalization postpartum before returning.
