The customer service is outstanding! As soon as you call, they are there to help with anything insurance related or not - which we appreciate very much!! I like that it covers all services necessary for an individual's health, dental needs etc. It also allows you to choose from 3 different plans after comparing them side by side with each other. The website is not very user-friendly nor intuitive. A lot of things are hidden or difficult to find. You have to dig deep into menus located in the top right corner to see information about your coverage options. Kennison can be confusing at first but once you figure out how they organize their benefits
