Unless you pay for seconds, junk and items that are resold in liquidation centers after purchase I would avoid this seller. Five pairs of shorts arrived packaged in a plastic bag "sealed" with clear shipping tape. After taking things off, I quickly discovered that: 1) one of the colored side panels was not fully sewn on, leaving a gaping space exposing underwear or bare skin, 2) the other side panels, if not sewn at all, were sewn on the bottom corner pocket, 3) one pocket was missing two-thirds of its normal depth, 4) another had a hole at the bottom large enough for a mobile device to fall through, 5) all shorts were at least a size too small, 6) on two drawstrings that "went" to the waist. and finding little demons wasn't that easy! In short (sorry for the pun, I was forced) I was sold clothing that was at least previously used and subsequently returned (to the Revain returns page?) which was then liquidated and illegally or at least incorrectly rebranded "NEW" This isn't the first purchase to bear this resemblance. Most recently purchased were two "new" stainless steel vacuum mugs. These products arrived at my doorstep rolling free in a Revain box - with Walmart sale stickers on them! It's no good "Paying money for new products bought on sale! Gosh! Revain's customer service mitigated this experience to my complete satisfaction. The CSRs who deal with these impeccably tedious tasks on a daily basis are beyond praise. Too bad there isn't a process to prevent unscrupulous sellers from illegally advertising their item as new when they clearly aren't IC H WILL NOT buy from this seller. again because the trust factor has been totally negated by her/his irresponsibility.
