The best valves I've had in decades and the most I bought almost 25 years ago are still in use today. Just needed one more. great product Update Summer 2021: Many Chinese companies have copied the design of this valve. But these are bad copies, they have a much smaller hole inside and only give half the flow. I had one of my US made Dramm valves that I've had for about 20 years and it had a mysterious hole in the brass body. . Do not know how. I contacted Drumm, they promptly sent new and free parts for my other valves. WOW! Show me a company in 2021 with a service like Dramm. They are better. I am buying more and more of their valves, slide valves, water rods and other products. Update October 2018: Still 5 stars for them, I would give them more than 5 if I could believe me! Still the best and worth the price in my opinion. You get what you pay for. I called Drumm last month because I've had a few of these where the hose washers were old, loose and falling out. You can replace these hose washers with other brands, but in my case when they fell out, the little white plastic washers, which are the special Dramm part that holds the ball valve in place, could also fall out and get lost in the tall grass. .I wanted to see if I could buy just a couple of these washers without buying the whole kit replacing all the internals, handle etc. I was glad they sell a kit with all of this, but I don't need all of it. So I called and the rep I spoke to was so nice she said she would just send me what I need for free. I got them the other day and was able to fix those old valves. Wow. I was hoping to buy parts but getting them for free is just beyond praise. Now I feel like I owe them there and I need to buy more of their stuff as soon as possible. smart company. I'm sure you know how I'll feel! I will continue to buy American made Dramm valves. You have the best product and service. Just great. And it's good to know that if I ever need to buy a kit to swap out all the internal components, I can do that too. The solid brass valve body will probably outlive me, and my wife and son will all be able to inherit and rebuild. I tried to show him what I was doing and how well Drumm treated me so he would know this was not a one off product but more of a family heirloom as many things used to be built but very few. there is now. They even sent detailed instructions for the parts. Just a great company.
