I think the purchase was a bargain. Reflectors on the spokes are normally installed. The red reflector also sits well on the seatpost, except it's a bit loose and needs some shim to get a really tight fit. The white reflector was more of a mystery. The black plastic mount and adapter for this part will only work if you put a spacer in the loop as the loop is too big to fit where I need to go through the handlebars. The middle stem is too thick. If you have a road bike with a thinner frame, the place for the white reflector may not be on the handlebar. The price of this set suits me.
