Just want to say that I have never written a product review before. I did not receive this item with a discount or for free either. I have irritable bowel syndrome, stomach ulcers, acid reflux and chronic constipation. I was surfing the internet and someone mentioned this product. I thought I had nothing to lose, I tried everything in the world to make myself feel better. Omeprazole works but my hair falls out like crazy even if I take it for a few weeks. I have to tell you how miserable life has been for the past year or so. I never feel good, never go to the bathroom and my stomach burns all day. I've been thinking about quitting my job because I can't be there and feel like this. Sorry for the long introduction to my problems, but I have to say that this material has changed my life. I have regular bowel movements and no longer have a burning heart, stomach or bloating. I take two 1/2 teaspoons daily. One in the morning when I get up and one during lunch. I can eat whatever I want. I'm the same as I was 10 years ago. This material also helps your hair. This makes it grow, it changes texture to a softer texture. I've also noticed changes in my thyroid function. I have to eat a ton to gain weight. I just got back from my honeymoon, ate like a pig for a week, came back and only weighed 1 pound more than when I left. I used to be constantly cold and shivering, even when others said it wasn't cold, but now I'm warm and very rarely get cold.
