Review on Fiesta 20-Piece Merengue Flatware Silverware Set: Service for 4, Stainless Steel/ABS, Includes Forks/Knives/Spoons, Multi-Colored by Mark Ponnusamy

We have all kinds of Fiestaware. I thought this would be a nice addition to our site setup. They don't deserve the Fiesta name. The handles are plastic, not metal, and the utensils feel cheap and light and not at all comfortable to hold as the edges feel sharp. The top and bottom of the metal utensils are covered in cheap colored plastic...it looks more like a child's playset than actual use. The other day I used a spoon to scoop up some ice cream (that wasn't hardened or really frozen) and I felt the plastic on the spoon crack and give. Although they can be washed in the dishwasher, they look and feel cheap. I would not recommend buying this at all.
