I have sleep apnea and need to use a CPAP mask; I started using a cap a few years ago to avoid very noticeable wrinkles in my hair from the mask. I've been using one of these for about a week and it's MUCH better than the previous hat I had. Sits very tight, doesn't dangle, but doesn't tighten. It's very cool for night use, but I've definitely seen it in cold weather as a helmet liner or something. I took off my previous cap and replaced it with this one and I don't think I'll try any others. because they work so well and are great value for money.
