Well I have to give the product 1 star because I've tried two of them with no success. Bought it for us as I don't need the weight of my phone. In any case, the first beautiful product has arrived; Let it charge, switched on with no problems. I loaded a few songs onto it with no problems, but as soon as I plugged in the Bluetooth headphones, the problems started. The player wasn't playing music through any of my three Bluetooth headphones; worked perfectly with the standard, although the quality of the music wasn't amazing, but not bad either. They sent a replacement which I received a few days later. I connected the second one for more than an hour, but the spare did not turn on. Game over for me, both were returned for a full refund. I could tell I liked the player when it worked as it was light weight and easy to use and the touchscreen was responsive.
