Great problem solver
If you have a large DisplayPort monitor pole mount right next to the VESA mount, the straight connector on the DisplayPort cable will interfere with the mount's arm. I have two of them and they work a treat. I haven't seen any artifacts or loss of resolution due to this cable. I recommend it.
