This computer looked great but turned out to be junk. It has the capabilities of a good gaming computer without the ability to cool components. I had it for 6 weeks and it froze playing Sims 4 for 6 hours. Now I understand that it only has 2 fans and no heatsinks/heatsinks that are needed. It fried one of two sticks of 8GB RAM and froze after 6 weeks of moderate use. Then I cleaned the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Everything was fine for 5 days, then it hung and wouldn't turn on anymore. I just surf the web, play Minecraft, Geometry Dash and recently Sims 4. Nice attempt by Dell to enter the gaming PC arena, but not well. You're not cool enough, literally.
