This computer looked great but turned out to be junk. It has the capabilities of a good gaming computer without the ability to cool components. I had it for 6 weeks and it froze playing Sims 4 for 6 hours. Now I understand that it only has 2 fans and no heatsinks/heatsinks that are needed. It fried one of two sticks of 8GB RAM and froze after 6 weeks of moderate use. Then I cleaned the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Everything was fine for 5 days, then it hung and wouldn't turn on anymore.

Received a used product as a Christmas present for my son! Everything was missing, including the guarantee. Not even a power cord. I went through a ton of trouble to have it replaced when Revane told me to call Dell and I didn't! Finally they sent me a new one, unused, with power cord and warranty!
