Restocking Fee - Buyers Beware

First Review. I'll be brief. The seller will charge a restocking fee for no reason. The description stated that a fee would be charged if the buyer misrepresented the terms. The computer stopped working after 30 days due to a faulty power supply. video attached. The power keeps going out, but doesn't light up. 1 minute cycles Watch out for restocking fees regardless of defective products
