Good basic first aid kit at a reasonable price

yes you need to buy a roll of medical tape if you have an injury bigger than a regular bandage. This is the second of these J&J first aid kits that I have purchased. Pros - Comes ready to use, has a "first aid basic" booklet, various wound care wipes, regular small plasters, even a box of waterproof plasters, a tube of first aid cream, a tube of antihistamine cream, an instant Cold compress, 2 sets of medical gloves, gauze roll. In general, a very decent first aid kit at an affordable price. There is more than enough space in this box to add additional items if you wish. Cons - Not much for what it is - a BASIC first aid kit. This will help you when you are at home or on a camping/holiday and get a lot of small cuts/scratches/bites etc. Hand sanitizer, some folded paper towels in your sandwich bag, a small penknife, lip balm, and 5ft of paracord with carabiner are in my kit, so I'll add those. These are just my preferences. Not really cons I guess. You may have other preferences/requirements. * Useful tip to save space in your first aid kit. * Get rid of unnecessary boxes. The 1 liter zip lock bag will hold all your bandages and gauze pads. The tubes are printed with all "Medical Facts" and instructions for use. You'll find that there's a lot of extra space as you cut down on unnecessary packaging. Hope that helps.
