Flow is a great tool for marketing automation!

The best thing about flow is its ability for customization which makes my work easier as an admin in managing campaigns without any technical knowledge required on their part! Its also very easy to understand so there's no confusion between emails sent from different devices or platforms like android/iOS etc., I have had nothing negative at all regarding this tool thus far! It has really helped me manage our newsletters better than ever before by providing us insights into what content works well within each newsletter segment along with how many subscribers fall under those segments - allowing myself (as Admin) be more strategic in planning future issues rather than just sending out random ones hoping they'll get read :) Hoping things will continue improving but overall everything seems good enough considering price point compared to competition!! We've been using them since last 2 years now & haven't faced anything bad yet even though some features are.

Easy integration
User friendly interface.
Reporting options available via excel sheets too when you export data directly through it, saving time otherwise spent manually collecting reports elsewhere while still having insight info provided automatically every morning upon login.(ease!)
