Hands are not at ceiling level!

I hired someone to install the lighting as the box had to be moved to the ceiling to be above the kitchen island. The two extensions didn't fit flush with the ceiling, so the easiest fix for me, without drilling holes, was to loosen the nut on each arm, install a small washer in the bottom gap, and tighten the nut to keep the arms flush with the ceiling. It worked great!
