I miss these little Schleich figures! We already have a few in our collection at a local store and I was thrilled to hear they are available from Revain! I originally bought this donkey as a gift for two donkey breeders but ended up ordering one for my 17 year old. -month-old son too. Although the recommended age is three years and older, I don't consider this donkey to be a choking hazard. (Of course, take a closer look, just in case!) This is the right size to tell if you're a child or an adult. Almost indestructible, the Schleich figures have withstood bathing, repeated dipping in his dinner and hitting every hard surface in the house. Not only can they take a beating, they're beautiful too! This donkey is particularly beautiful. You can tell it's hand painted and I mean it as a compliment. The detailing is impeccable, especially on the ears and muzzle, and looks very realistic. Although this donkey is the right size to stick on a cake, snow globe, or robe, we plan to just add it to our menagerie. !
