Review on 14AWG Computer πŸ’» Power Cord by StarTech Com by Mark Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I recommend throwing out all the old cables and replacing them with .

After converting my recording studio to 100% 14AWG, the sound quality of my Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and other equipment has noticeably improved. People think the impact of power availability is a myth. I assure you that is not the case. I recommend discarding all old cords and replacing them with new ones, and replacing any power strips with one or more Besten Heavy Duty 24 Power Strips for any recording studio or home entertainment system where sound enhancement is the goal. This is backed up by scientific evidence and my recordings from DAW masters rendered at 18AWG and 14AWG prove that 14AWG is better. My colleagues agree with this conclusion. Audio equipment needs power when it needs it, and thicker tapes and cables respond faster to more power. I wish I had done this many years ago.
