I almost had it again! At first I thought the size was too small for my handlebars but after reading the reviews to try it I did. It takes a STRONG stretch and enough room to pull it over the handlebars, but it fits! Glows in the dark SO COOL! It slips a little when you have a chokehold on the steering wheel, but just slide the cover and it snaps back into place. Definitely came in handy on hot summer days and saved my hands from burns.
