Not suitable for art supplies and tools

I have just painted the interior of a client's house and have thoroughly tested this product. I've found that it takes a lot of patience and practice to get decent results. The most important skill is the manipulation of the serve trigger. It requires a very precise touch. If you press even a little too hard or for too long, a mess will result. The tool requires that the minimum width of the edge of the trim you are cutting is approximately 3/8 inch. I have found that the edges of the supplied tuft pad wear out very quickly, e.g. B. in a medium sized 3 room area. The instructions say they are interchangeable, but nothing says where to buy them. Why not just include a dozen or so with purchase and make swapping easy? This thing requires some real skill to work fairly well. It applies paint between a sixteenth and an eighth of an inch behind the actual edge of what you want to cut further. If it's okay [that's for me], then he can draw a clear line. Finally, if your work has a rough, aged, rough finish and walls that don't have sharp inside corners of the finish, then you're obviously going to end up with a somewhat tattered appearance. I found that in the hands of a good painter, a good brush gave the best overall result on rough surfaces, which I painted at almost the same speed.
