The GoodBoy Dog Head Halter really changed how my 5 month old walks with me - It’s a complete 180 degree turnaround! On a traditional neck collar leash our excited puppy would pull about 80% of the time to get to smells and sounds. Our efforts to having a good, well-behaved walk progressed to a prong collar which helped improved control but she still pulled about 50% of the time. I made the decision to find a good head-snout style harness after researching videos on YouTube. I have only had the GoodBoy Head Halter for about a week and as you can tell, my dog is still getting used to this product. The sizing is true to the description and the nose padding is very comfortable for her. Best feature in my opinion: buckle located on the top of the halter - allows for ease of putting on and taking off with little doggie drama. Please take the advice of other reviewers and allow your dog to get comfortable with the halter. She now walks at my side, on a relaxed leash. Her training will still continue, but for now I’m glad to share that our walks have dramatically improved in just 3 trips!
