Get what you paid for.

Well you get what you pay for. I got this for my scooter. When you put it on, it rotates easily. The plastic key on the screw burst on the first pull. This made it impossible to turn the screw without pliers. The rest is straight, it clamps, but without the rubber between the clamp and the handlebars, it turns easily. I just wish the plastic on the screw wasn't so cheap that Home Depot later replaced it.
