I like that it has its own native GUI with customizable options. The interface could be easier to use if we had more choices in terms of customization. There are many things you can't do unless they have an addon or 3rd party software solution already installed on your system which would add additional cost. We used the agentless approach as our requirements didn't include agents. This solved some issues but not all since there were times when backups failed. Our customers lost access to their information at some point during a power outage (not due to server failure) so this was helpful. Nowadays most people don't mind using third-party tools to perform simple tasks such as backing up files and restoring them after a long time period.
