These items are tiny solid plastic pens that insert into a digital stylus and are used to draw on a tablet screen. These special tips are designed for the WACOM Pro pen from two stylus series. To be honest, they're extremely expensive for something that's just a few simple pieces of molded plastic, but they're essentially designed to get a WACOM tablet up and running. I'm guessing it's a forced grunt. At the time of writing, WACOM does NOT stock these nibs in their own online store, which is why places like Revain are one of the few retailers that seem to stock them. about 1-3 months of daily use (about 4-5 hours per day) before they wear out. When worn, they begin to scratch the surface of the tablet screen. Users will feel the difference while drawing and will hear a "scratching" sound while drawing. This is a signal to replace the pin with a new one. Remember that these items are SMALL and can easily be lost. Keep them in a place where you can remember finding them.
