I almost always buy ASICS shoes for running, which I do 3-4 times a week. Size has always been very consistent, which is often a risk when ordering online. These shoes have good cushioning and fit very well. The only oddity that might be unique to me is that the shoes appear to be slightly higher than normal and tend to chafe my lower ankles. I can't wear no show socks with it, I have to wear quarter socks for protection. As long as I have them, no problem. Without them, I risk a blister when I'm done. The actual rating is closer to a 4.5 for this slight annoyance, but overall I don't regret the purchase.
