Review on HelpSmith by Jack Ford

I like how it has helped me make my documentation more organized which makes searching through information easier for myself when needed in order of date added or by page number within each document created so far. It's not always super intuitive at times especially if your using some specific formatting options/character sets but once figured out its simple enough as long as there are people around who know exactly what they're doing! Highly recommended!! Making our job descriptions much simpler than before with this program compared to having all those different files scattered about online.
