Easy to mold and definitely thinner than previous mouthguards. It's good for me but probably bad if you use it for boxing/MMA. I use it for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so it's not a big deal - it's definitely easier to hold and breathe than the big mouthguards. It is also very easy to adjust to your mouth and teeth than my previous one. I heated the water to 205 degrees Fahrenheit and soaked it for about 6-7 seconds before placing it on my teeth and sucking and squeezing with my fingers. I'll do the second one within the 5 seconds he recommended as it got quite pliable in 7 seconds - which was my fault as I wasn't prepared with a tool to get it out of the hot water. In any case, it worked great and the fit is amazing.
