When I bought the product, I didn't know there were 2 video tutorials, so I had to figure out how to use it myself. The plastic scraper feature is useful as it gently removes excess grout from the tile. On the other hand, I had to use a metal scraper or razor blade to remove the excess sealant. The product works and gives you options. I will definitely practice on an embossing layout first to refine your technique so you can choose the best for you. I think the production of this product needs improvement and I would pay more for a better product.
