Works as expected. Great refill pouch for TrueAir odor neutralizer. There are third-party ones that work just as well, but they come with a "time to change" cartridge to remind you it's time to change filters. I just wish they were a little cheaper in price, but there are plenty of ways to do it yourself. But now I will receive them. UPDATE: This update is for those unfamiliar with it. They are NOT designed for larger and taller filter machines even though they are pictured on the packaging. They are made for indoor deodorizing machines, which are a small cube-shaped machine and a small socket. The reason it's 3 packs is because the cube shaped machine they were actually made for uses 3 of these for a period of time. The smaller fork in the Odor Eliminator uses 1 of each. However, they CAN be used as pre-filters in larger machines, which is why they are shown on the box. The black side of the filter faces the surroundings. There is a notch in its corner because the machine has a tab in the filter holder that the notch aligns with. I hope I've covered all the basics that others are having trouble with.
