I've been looking for a pretty essential oil diffuser for my car for a long time. Before purchasing, I placed a small piece of felt with drops of essential oils on one of my vents. It worked better than this "diffuser". It's really just a moisturizer. The place to add essential oils for this "diffuser" is behind the hatch. Guess what you're wearing on it? …… on a piece of felt! I figured the diffuser/humidifier tube would somehow connect to this area to disperse the oils in the air. It's not like this. Oils passively diffuse out of this piece of felt. They do not resolve with the humidifier part completely disconnected. When you close the SOLID flap again, the essential oils cannot be diffused into the air. That's a waste of money. I decided to return it as the sales page says it can be returned but when I tried to return it Revane said it was non-refundable. The? If you select the blue marked option "Return Policy: Return or exchange available" in the "Buy Now" section, you will get more information about returns. You can only return it if it is defective. Well, the whole design concept is flawed!
