Cool bracelets! for flying toys

I bought them for July 4th. We're always using glow-in-the-dark and neon things tonight. But these defeat the rest, however. The secret is to keep the bracelets and simply swap out the batteries when they run out. You will have glowing bracelets that will last and you can use them for other parties! And now I'm planning an 80's style party!
