We can create and manage our invoices and receive payments from customers in one central location. It is easy to use and I didn't have to learn any new software. The system has many options that are not explained well enough. For example, how do you add an invoice to a specific account? You have to go through several steps for each account. Also, it would be helpful to have a way to send automated emails when something changes or needs attention. I use this system to run my business. I also use it at home for tracking expenses. The ability for my team members to access their data from any location using our mobile devices is great! I wish there were more reports that could be accessed in other formats than pdfs as well as some filtering options would have been nice too but this works fine so far! We are able solve issues with the business quickly by having everyone connected at once via pptp or wifi/mobile network.
